The response has been amazing, and I'm just over the moon about it. Who would've thought that our little fudge shop would be sending out freshly made fudge to all of you lovely customers daily? It's mind-blowing! </span> </blockquote> <blockquote> <span> I can almost hear some of you saying, "Hey Tim, but you make great fudge!" Fudge-making used to be just a hobby for me, but here we are now, thanks to the encouragement of friends and family. I still have to pinch myself sometimes to believe that I'm making fudge that people want to buy. </span> </blockquote> <blockquote> <span> <span> I find it all very humbling to be making fudge for a living. After all, customers have plenty of choices when it comes to spending their hard-earned pennies. </span> </span> <span> I'll always remember that our business is nothing without our amazing customers. I'll continue to strive to make the very best Isle of Wight fudge from the finest ingredients. My motto is simple: I'm only as good as my last batch of fudge. </span> </blockquote> <blockquote> <span> This week, I've been experimenting with new flavours, and it's been a wild ride. The rocky road and honeycomb have been huge hits, and let's not forget the toffee apple and banoffee flavours. I mean, who doesn't love bananas, especially when they're turned into fudge? </span> </blockquote> <blockquote> <span> I'm always eager to bring you new taste sensations, and right now, I'm working on some spooky flavours for Halloween. One of my experiments went a bit haywire, and now we've got monster mint fudgelets invading the shop. Take one home if you dare! </span> </blockquote> <blockquote> <span> And hey, with Christmas just around the corner, I should probably mention our Christmas selection box. We'll have Timmy chocolate orange (not Terrys – that was Sally's idea), Mince Pie, Christmas Pudding, and Baileys flavours. It's going to be the ultimate Christmas fudge experience, so get your orders in early to guarantee a box for the holidays. I mean, come on, who takes fudge-making so seriously? Oh wait, that would be me. </span> </span> <span> <span> We have now been in business for seven whole months, and let me tell you, it's been a wild ride! </span> </span> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <span> <span> I had this brilliant idea over Christmas in 2023 and thought, </span> </span> <span> " </span> <span> Hey, why not open a fudge shop? </span> <span> " </span> <span> <span> Because, you know, who doesn't dream of making fudge for a living? I wanted to show people the real deal when it comes to fudge. </span> </span> <span> None of that mass-produced, grainy stuff, but the good old-fashioned melt-in-your-mouth kind made with the finest ingredients. </span> <span> <span> And let's not forget that it's all hand-creamed on a marble slab because that's how we make our fudge extra smooth. </span> </span> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <span> <span> Why the </span> </span> <span> Isle of Wight </span> <span> , you ask? Well, the dairy products here are top-notch. I'm talking cream, butter, and milk that will make you want to do a happy dance. So, shout out to the local dairy products - they're the real stars of the show. When we found this little corner shop in Yarmouth, it was love at first sight. Sure, we had our doubts about making large batches of fudge in a big copper kettle, but we believed in the fudge and had the support of our family and friends. And now, here we are, making fudge and selling it like there's no tomorrow! </span> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <span> Oh, and did I mention that our fudge has gone international? That's right, folks. We've got fudge fans all over the world, from Holland to Brazil. Even the language barrier couldn't stop our fudge from making its mark. Who knew fudge could be such a global sensation? We have also got some new flavours in town - Banoffee, Toffee Apple, and Honeycomb. They're so good, they might just make you want to do a little fudge dance. And speaking of new things, we've launched our ONLINE shop! So, if you're ever in need of a fresh fudge fix, we've got you covered. </span> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <span> So, there you have it. From small batches to international fudge domination, it's been quite the journey. And we couldn't have done it without all of you wonderful fudge enthusiasts.
